Today Corporate Social Responsibily (CSR) is part of the business and management strategy of most companies. This is a way of integrating the growing expectations on the part of society for the overall performance of the business. Many studies have shown that the motivation and satisfaction of staff increase when an organisation follows a span CSR policy.

The Mag Studio code of ethics has been an integral part of the management of the company since its inception.

• 'Good will' inititive. Mag Studio allows members of staff to volunteer for various social projects during working hours. This makes Mag Studio part of various social initiatives. In this way Mag Studio has participated in several projects related to orphaned children and victims of violence.
• Training programme. The team at Mag Studio trains young designers and programmers as part of its special training programme. We accept interns in all fields of company expertise: web design, programming, quality control, human resouces etc.
• Intellectual property. Mag Studio strictly obides by intellectual property laws. Since its beginning, the company has used only licenced software.
• Relaxation programme. We are striving for a pleasant and creative work environement. During breaks staff at Mag Studio has access to Playstation, mini football, table tennis and can take care of several pets in the office.
• Sports programme. Mag Studio's team has a football team, martial arts team as well as organises a basketball event that takes place in the summer.
